i hate how the way i view myself changes just...
like yesterday, i could have sworn that i looked a lot smaller than usual
and then today i feel bloated and bigger than ever
like i see things that seem to prove that i am bigger or smaller throughout the day,
but i don’t know how much of that is real or if i’m just fooling myself into believing that there are changes,
because i know realistically, that my body cannot change that...

I just started baking a cake out of old muffin mix we had in the cabinet,

I totally understand that fear, I desperately want HRT because it’s the thing that will finally bring my entire being into balance, but I’m also afraid that some part of my personality will change and I won’t be “myself” anymore.

I just need to stay in the mindset that I have to work for at least 5-6 hours a week.

honestly, i haven’t been working as much as i should be,
but with the 300 we got in christmas money, and the 650 we should hopefully be getting from my mom [inheritance money from my dad],
